Τhis Output, will support the need to understand not only the "context of operation" but also the "context of use" of ICT technologies, drawing attention to how other realities and start-ups operating in the cultural sector use digital technologies and what are the prevalent ones. The research will cover courses, training, workshops, conferences, etc. initiatives of any kind that aims to tackle the problem in the partner countries. Therefore, it will be a valuable guide, containing a database/collection of tools and initiatives, which will allow users to get an overview of what has worked best in each country, so that they can design their own methods accordingly.

The e-learning platform will host all the training materials and tools that make up the training programme in a harmonised format so that they can be easily used. Visitors will be able to register on the platform and create their personal profile. In fact, real-time activities will be announced in advance so that all participants can log in and participate in the training process. The platform will be appropriately designed and presented so that it will also be a valuable training tool in itself, ready to be used not only by Youth Workers and young people, but also independently in other relevant contexts.
